There are three common methods used by building reinforcement companies for repairing cracks in building reinforcement.
(1) Continuous Low-Pressure Injection Repair Method: This involves injecting repair material into structural components at a sustained pressure of 0.2 MPa to 0.5 MPa over a specified period. Due to its high fluidity (low viscosity), non-shrinkage, strong bonding, compressive and flexural strength, and extended working time, it can effectively penetrate and fill micro-deep cracks. For safety considerations, this construction method is frequently applied to various primary structural components.
② High-pressure Injection Repair Method: Use a high-pressure pump to inject the repair material into the component within a certain time, with an injection pressure of 20 MPa to 40 MPa. This method is commonly used for crack grouting in diaphragm wall structures or general wall structures, and there are various grouting materials available depending on different usage conditions.
③ V-shaped Grooving Repair Method (Chiseling Method): Use diamond tools to chisel the structural surface or cut out a V-shaped groove, then fill it with epoxy resin or elastic joint sealant, and directly finish the working surface with glass fiber or elastic paint. This method is often applied to dry shrinkage cracks between brick walls or porous concrete and partition materials, as well as concrete.
