Company Background & Vision
PT.Warney Architecture Special Technology was established on June 11, 2025, registered in Jakarta, Indonesia, with an initial investment of 3.06 million US dollars. It obtained local industry qualifications in November 2025.
The company was jointly established by
- Zhejiang Gubang Construction Special Technology Co., Ltd. (national high-tech enterprise),
- Jiangsu Southeast Special Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.,
- Shanghai Tianyan Building Relocation Engineering Co., Ltd.
It is an international platform for the Indonesian market launched by China’s three leading enterprises in specialized construction technology.
The parent company and core partners hold important positions in national professional associations in China, enjoying high authority and recognition in specialized construction engineering.
Our core technical team consists of experts, professor-level senior engineers, senior engineers and PhD supervisors, with strong technical strength and rich engineering experience.
Our main business scope:
- Foundation reinforcement and structural strengthening
- Building rectification, lifting, shifting and rotation
- Reconstruction of existing buildings, ancient buildings, bridges and utility tunnels
- Building safety appraisal
- Underground story adding and underground space development
Over the past 30 years, the consortium has completed more than 10,000 projects including rectification, shifting, reinforcement and reconstruction of various buildings and structures, covering in-service buildings, projects under construction, cultural relics protection buildings, and disaster-damaged buildings. Many projects have become industry benchmarks.

We are committed to solving building settlement, tilt, cracking and structural damage, helping existing buildings return to safety, stability and new life, and becoming a trusted expert in specialized construction engineering.
