New house with reinforced concrete frame structure fully replaced
Without demolishing the dangerous building, reinforcement and renovation will be carried out on the building. After the renovation, the building structure will be transformed from a brick concrete structure to a reinforced concrete frame structure. The building area, four site boundaries, and floor height of the building will remain unchanged, and the elevation of each floor will be increased by 520mm. The building structure, walls, doors and windows, floors, and ancillary works will all be updated.
