I. OverviewDescription
We primarily employ settlement rectification and grouting jacking techniques, which feature low noise and minimal dust during construction. Comprehensive protective measures are implemented throughout the process to ensure no damage to the original decoration. Only for buildings without basements that require jacking rectification, there might be minor temporary impacts on local decoration at jack installation floors, which we will thoroughly clean and restore to their original condition upon completion.
II. Noise and Dust Control (Compliant with Indonesian Residential Construction Standards)
Noise Control: The core construction processes include anchor rod static pressing, low-pressure grouting, and micro soil excavation, with no heavy hammering, blasting, or large machinery noise. The noise level is comparable to daily indoor renovation or household appliance operation, far below the noise limit for residential areas. Construction is strictly scheduled during daytime hours, with no nighttime work, complying with local residential construction time regulations and ensuring no disturbance to the living and rest of surrounding residents.
Dust ControlThe construction primarily involves underground concealed operations, characterized by small working surfaces and minimal dust generation. Throughout the process, water sprinkling is employed for dust suppression, and dust-proof cloth barriers are used for enclosure. Grouting and soil extraction are conducted in sealed operations, with virtually no dust escaping, ensuring no environmental pollution.
III. Decoration Protection Measures
Forced Landing Rectification: Construction points are only at corners, baseboards, and building foundation edges, with minimal construction openings and no large-scale wall or floor demolition. Before construction, furniture, floors, and walls are fully protected with moisture-proof and protective films. The rectification process is slow and steady, ensuring no damage to the interior decoration.
Grouting and Jacking Rectification: Work is primarily conducted outdoors and in foundation areas, rarely entering indoor spaces to avoid damage to decoration from the source. Mixing equipment is set up with dust-proof enclosures, and slurry pipelines are wrapped and regularly inspected to prevent leaks from contaminating walls and floors.
Jacking RectificationBuildings with basements allow all work to be completed underground without affecting the upper-floor interior decoration. For buildings without basements, partial work must be carried out on the ground floor, which may cause minor damage to walls, floors, doors, and windows. After construction, we will use materials of the same type and color scheme to precisely repair any damage, ensuring no visible traces and restoring the original decorative effect.
IV. Responsibilities and Safeguards
Should any accidental damage occur to decorations, furniture, or flooring due to our construction, we will provide unconditional free repairs. For irreparable items, full compensation based on actual value will be made, with full responsibility taken until the owner is satisfied.
V. Summary
The overall construction process is quiet, low-dust, environmentally friendly, and equipped with complete protective measures. Except for minor localized impacts (fully restorable) when using jacking methods for basement-free buildings, other rectification techniques generally preserve the original decoration intact, allowing complete restoration post-construction.
