Hydraulic Static Press: We do not use hammering or vibration pile driving, but instead use hydraulic static force to press the pile foundation into the ground. The vibration generated by this method is much smaller than that of the neighboring decoration or the passing truck outside the door.
Low pressure minimally invasive grouting: The grouting pump operates with low noise, and due to the slow expansion of the slurry underground, there is no noticeable shaking on the surfaces of indoor furniture and tiles.

4、 When is it necessary to “take special precautions”?
Although the vast majority of projects can be constructed with personnel, we will provide professional advice in the following common special working conditions:
First floor jacking operation: If the house does not have a basement and is severely tilted, a jack needs to be installed on the first floor indoors. At this point, in order to ensure safety, the first floor area needs to be temporarily vacated, but the second floor and above can usually still be used normally.
Severe dangerous building renovation: If the building has been rated as a severe danger level by the local government (Dinas Cipta Karya), for legal compliance and ultimate safety considerations, we will recommend short-term evacuation during the critical stage of reinforcement construction.
