Natural Micro-Vibrations in Soft Soil<\/b><\/strong>: Coastal cities (such as Jakarta, Surabaya) have active geological layers. Absolute “zero” is temporary, and there are natural minor fluctuations in the foundation due to groundwater extraction or seasonal changes during the rainy season.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Avoiding “Overcorrection” Damage<\/b><\/strong>: If a house has been leaning for many years, its internal components have already adapted to a certain stress state.
